The Matrox Millenium G200 is a curious beast in that almost every hardware benchmarking site refers to it, but it seems that nobody has tested it. In any case, I could not find any specifications anywhere. Of course, Matrox has its original blurb still available.

The only information of any substance that I could find was the fact that it could not compete with the Voodoo 2 or the TNT, which gives a pretty good image of how lame it was. Oh, of course, Matrox has always made top-quality 2D cards, it is its core business after all. But that just doesn't cut the ice when you're talking about 3D performance.
